EXCERCISE 1

EXCERCISE 2

Hold on to the top bar with a wide grip, palms facing forward.
Pull yourself up and lower down.

EXCERCISE 3

Hold on to the top bar with a narrow grip, palms facing back.
Pull yourself up and lower down.

EXCERCISE 4

Hold on to the top bar and let your body hang relaxed and heavy
to stretch out.

EXCERCISE 5

Lean against the Pull Up, hold on to a bar behind you.
Raise your extended legs and lower again.
 

EXCERCISE 6

Lean against the Pull Up, hold on to a bar behind you.
Raise your knees toward your chin and lower again.
