Place both feet in the pedal and swing back and forth.

Place both feet in the pedal, bend your knees and swing back and forth.
 

EXCERCISE 3

Place one foot in the pedal and swing back and forth.
Change to the other foot.

EXCERCISE 4

Place both feet in the pedal, hold your feet together and create resistance while swinging slowly and controlled.
